Social Media: Samaritan not Savior

Jay Baer of Convince and Convert offers “hype-free social media advice.” The lack of hype and infusion of humor makes his advice both enjoyable and effective.

In a recent post , he explains how to think about social media as you develop your overall marketing strategy. As with all tools (or how’s), he emphasizes that social media can be super helpful, but isn’t a silver bullit. Or, in his words, you should think of it as a Samaritan,  not a Savior.

If, based on your answers to the 5 Questions for Stress-Free Marketing, you have determined that social media is going to be a part of how you reach your goals, then Jay’s blog is a great place to get grounded and stay informed.
